Greetings! My name is Yilin Luo. I was born and raised in China. I attended middle school in China, and finished my high school in Charlemont, Massachusetts. I will receive degrees for Computer Science and Studio Arts from the University of Rochester in 2021.
I am both a programmer and an artist. This website will primarily focus on my artworks, but please visit my LinkedIn for more information about my overall academic and professional experience!
During my undergraduate years, I have been involved in programs and activities that make art applicable and interactive with the goals of reaching a more diverse audience. In summer 2020, I joined an internship program, Humanities for Life, as a web designer and marketing intern for Open Letter Books, where I learned about the art of marketing and the publication business. In the past Spring 2020, I also held art workshops at Huther Doyle Rehabilitation Center, during which I designed art activities with the goal of letting people discover their talents and find the healing power of creativity.
